Billing and Revenue cycle process management
Our business was founded on our billing systems experience, which we combine with our technology and best practices to deliver billing and revenue management services that use either our Century SOA technology suite or your proprietary systems. We can lower your costs per invoice and average about $0.75-$1.00 per invoice (depending on volume) not including postage expenses, and we will provide a comprehensive customer care strategy to minimize long-term billing costs, revenue leakage, and lost revenue.
Business Process Monitoring, Measurement, metrics and reporting
