T-Mobile: Multi-Network M&A Integration
Metronet became a key part of T-Mobile's fiber expansion strategy following its acquisition, but both companies sought to avoid large-scale migration of networks and clients. Instead, Metronet wanted to expose the network OSS APIs and allow specific products and services to be provided in both companies. Century Connect facilitated this by acting as a central integration layer that connects to the backend systems of the targeted networks to provision and activate service orders. The platform coordinated order creation, decomposition, and tracking across network systems, while also supporting key lifecycle activities like order updates, service changes, and issue handling.
