Tal Rotman is the Director of Service Delivery at Excelacom. Tal brings over 15 years of experience as an IT professional with expertise in various areas such as software development, testing, deployment, technical support and professional services. In addition to Tal's extensive technical experience, he excels in establishing and maintaining successful, long-term client relationships.
As Excelacom's Director of Service Delivery, Tal leads a large team consisting of both Business and Technical Analysts and Consultants. Tal also works closely with Excelacom's offshore team in Chennai, India, ensuring constant communication, leading development and support. He is also responsible for maintaining day-to-day client relationships for major accounts, ensuring their business goals and objectives are effectively met.
Prior to joining Excelacom, Tal held various positions at Comverse, present day Xura. At Comverse, Tal worked his way up to the Regional Service Director. As Regional Service Director, Tal managed a diverse team of Customer Managers and Service Professionals, providing operational support services to Mobile Network Operators in the Americas region.
Tal earned a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Canada.
