Lacey Jay joined Excelacom as a Human Resources Manager in 2026, bringing more than ten years of experience building strong teams, effective people practices, and workplace culture that support organizational growth. Her strategic, people-centered approach helps strengthen the Excelacom workforce, enhance the employee experience, and support the company’s continued expansion.
Prior to joining Excelacom, her career spanned technology, consulting, higher education, financial services, and medical research, including experience with McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Harvard Management Company, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute. This diverse background gives her a broad perspective on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Ms. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Film Studies from Boston College and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
